9. FADE MUSIC OUT (OR DOWN)

Preceeded by the sustain music signal, the palm of the hand is slowly turned over,
and palm facing down, the hand is slowly brought down, describing a slow arc.

In Europe, this signal can take anywhere from thirty seconds to two minutes,
whereas, in America, the longest it will take is three tenths of a second.
